Founder and CEO of Mable Homes, a real estate platform built on the belief that buyers deserve full transparency into what a home actually costs. With more than a decade spent building end-to-end mortgage and real estate services companies, Gerald has seen firsthand where the transaction breaks down for buyers — and where it doesn't have to. His conviction is straightforward: homeownership becomes more accessible when the process is easier, the costs are clear, and the people involved actually communicate. Mable Homes is his answer to all three, giving buyers direct access to true monthly payment and total cash-to-close figures without the gatekeeping that has long defined the industry. Born and raised in the DMV, Gerald brings the same instincts to building companies that he learned as a state champion and captain of his high school football team: preparation, accountability, and the understanding that a team only wins when everyone on it is set up to succeed. That belief — that his job is to help other people win — shapes how he leads Mable Homes and how the company serves the buyers, agents, and partners who rely on it.
