Our founders went through the homebuying process in Northern Virginia and found it unnecessarily opaque, slow, and expensive. Three different apps, two lenders, and a 6% commission later — they knew there was a better way.
Mable launched in 2021 with a simple idea: combine the MLS search, mortgage pre-approval, and a network of trusted agents into one transparent platform. No commission traps. No surprise fees. No endless back-and-forth.
