Rex Petrey is a full-time REALTOR® serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Virginia and West Virginia. With more than 120 homes sold and personal experience investing in real estate — from raw land and flips to long-term rentals and multifamily properties — Rex brings practical, real-world knowledge to every client he serves. Based in the Winchester area, Rex knows the local market and surrounding communities inside and out. He enjoys helping first-time buyers, empty nesters looking to downsize, growing families searching for the right home, and investors looking for their next opportunity. Rex takes a proactive, relationship-driven approach to real estate, leveraging his professional network, local connections, and market experience to help his clients make confident decisions and achieve the best possible outcome. Outside of real estate, Rex enjoys fishing, grilling, growing peppers for his homemade hot sauce, raising 30 chickens, and spending time with his wife, Julie, their children, Aubrey, Lina, Teddy, Sydney, and their dog, Sunny.
